Genealogy and the history surrounding our ancestors is a bonding interest that has grown with us through the past 26 years.  We have jumped with joy to accidentally find the restored historic home of Robert Long at Fell’s Point in Baltimore, Maryland and have thumped our heads trying to find that hard evidence that James Long, b. 1750, was the grandson of Thomas Long, the first High Sheriff of Baltimore County and therefore the great-grandson of Col. Ninian Beall.
